No, this picture did not sneak in here by mistake although it is not easy to explain the atire of these Lions members... Actually, this is the result of a mischievious mis-interpretation of the dress code for a Zone convention. 

A trip to the top of the Rock & Pillar Range (1456m) with a visiting club affording spectacular views of the Strath Taieri Valley and out to the coast.

The Big Ski Hut near the Big Rock, highest point of the Rock & Pillar Range. Served as ski hut for the Otago Ski Club during several decades from the 1940s onwards.
