5 + a day is the only way,
to keep healthy.

5 + a day is a primary school programme.
It is a programme to educate children, about the importance of vegetables and fruit in their daily diet. It shows children ways to eat five or more fruit or vegetables a day and stay healthy.
5 + a day is trying to help people of all ages to stay healthy.
